From sunken bathtubs to seamless corner windows, SweisKloss has designed challenging and exciting builds throughout 2024. The team has tackled strategies for energy efficient systems and sustainable homes, incorporated a “part water slide - part statement piece in the shape of a high heel shoe” into a backyard and aced designs for a kindergarten. We have worked closely with our clients to ensure that every project is thoughtfully and artfully executed to celebrate the individuality of our clients and meet their specific needs.

Looking back on the year, a couple of our designers have reflected on some of their memorable projects and what they are looking forward to in the coming year.
Designer Tatiana had an exciting opportunity to work with incredible clients on a Spanish revival home. Their mutual main goal was to bring Spanish soul and character back to the interiors while accommodating overall upgrades and adding new amenities. By enhancing existing elements and integrating new finish details, they were able to bring harmony and overall Spanish charm to the interior of the house. “It was a lot of fun working with the Spanish color palette that is known for its earthy tones of the natural landscape with vibrant accents of blues, saffron and olive greens.”
Designing an addition and remodel of a Santa Monica home has been a fulfilling project for Patricia. “The addition to the home, which includes the kitchen, dining and living room is my favorite space. It is open and functional, with large doors, and full of light; I know the family will be spending memorable times there.” Looking ahead to next year, she’s excited to work on a Spanish style remodel and addition, as the client hopes to blend new elements with authentic details that will create a space that is unique and personal while staying true to the original style.
